A little weight training will also be beneficial. The more muscles you have, the more fat your body will burn. Lifting weights is one of the best ways to build muscle mass quickly. Find the right work out program that’s right for you and you will see awesome results in no time.
The next thing you should do is drink ample amounts of water. Water is essential for survival, but it also fills you up; therefore, it will help with some of the cravings. Thankfully, there is no sugar or high fructose corn syrup in water, so drink as much as you like. In addition, water is calorie free, so enjoy.
Another important tip for weight loss and a flat stomach is to eat frequent small meals and stay away from two or three big meals daily. Eating five to six small meals a day will help your metabolism burn fat faster and longer. This is why starvation diets do not work. Your body tends to store fat and not burn it when it thinks that it is starving. It is a survival tactic that the body uses to help you survive in times of famine. After a month of eating five to six small meals a day, the weight will begin to just melt away as your metabolism burns fat continuously. At this point, strenuous work outs will be a thing of the past, you will just have to maintain by doing light to moderate workouts.
