Hawthorn for Varicose Veins

The fruits, flowers, and leaves of the Hawthorn (crataegus spp.) plant are great for people with varicose veins because it helps strengthen and protect the entire cardiovascular system. According to studies, the blending of compounds that is rich in antioxidants aids in the lowering of blood pressure as well as the prevention of blood clots. This powerful cardiovascular herb can be utilized as a tincture, tea, or standardized extract; you can use the berries, flowers, leaves, or all three parts in combination.
